This is first time i am going to use online portal to complaint against one the well known online traveling solution website Goibibo. Usually whenever i travel with family or due to office work i book my ticket through this online portal.
Last month in Dec i was planning to visit Junagadh from Ahmedabad dated 10th Dec. Therefore i booked 1-bus ticket at Rs. 540/- which depart on 10th Dec. My booking id is GOBUS9912b1417776712. Some how Travel agency (Jamnager Travels Pvt Ltd) called me on depart day to inform your Bus is cancelled. So please collect your refund amount. B,coz i booked ticket through Goibibo online i have to contact customer care for the same to refund my amount.
Now since more than one month passed of my complaint. But there is no support from Goibibo customer care. They are not responding my mails or call. You have to try at least 2-3 hrs. than they’ll pickup your call & will talk about your refund status will sort out soon. But it just excuse.
It’s already more than 27-days passed but still they making excuse of their financial team responce
So please help me in this matter to get my refund amount (540/-) & also gives lesson to this Goibibo.
