no proper service by the postal department and autocracy

this complain is for postal department of sherpur kala, puranpur district pilibhit, this person haroon khan is employee in post office and is not doing his job & duty properly and having autocracy in the office, the post office is located in his own house along with postal job he is doing his own business of shuttering and building materials in the same place.so i want to state that office should be relocate to the other place so that postal service can be available. Hence I would request you to take necessary action agianst this person so that we get proper and good services. Kindly take early and favourable action. Thanking you in anticipation.
