Network Issue not being addressed in warranty

I have purchase this phone in April, 2014. I have warranty on phone, recently due to network issue and outage all over for Lenovo P80, i also started getting the problem since one week, when i showed this to Lenovo Customer Center in our Area, they refused to service under warranty due to some out camera glass crack which is nowhere related to the service i had asked for from the customer care executive.

I have bought three such phone and the problem has arised over a period in all three, luckily they are under warranty but till today no reply has come from the company for refund which was promised.

I request all to stop buying such stupid Lenovo Phone for which the company is not have a proper customer care executive to attend to the problem with time frame.

I request consumer forum to kindly look into this and help the customers suffering from faulty Lenovo P780 pieces.
