I had a Home UPS 800 VA & it was not working. I had launched complaint. Order number 378070 dated14th May 2012. On that day Salkia service center collected that faulty UPS( in challan written as collected for PCB problem) from my house. Since then I do not get that UPS either same condition or repaired condition. I had ring several times to Salkia Service center & Godrej Company to return back my UPS, Godrej & Boyce Co. linger the process unnecessarily.
