Bill after discontinue

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Network

We are using a plan and pay per month basis. Tikona introduce a plan for 20months and we chose that plan (Rec. No.940116) on 19/04/12 and requested to Tikona via Telephone (customer care) and Executives (Bill Collection) and email too. but till today (June12) they are forcing to pay bill which is discontinue as per our side (from April to June every month we request via various type).
Since we are using a better plan and requested to discontinue previous plan than how its possible , they force to pay for a plan which is discontinue and not in use.
