I am using airtel broadband connection. on 9th sep’10 i have activated my connection on safe custody mode as I had to go outstation for two months. I got confirmation from customer care executive on 14th sep’10 regarding activation of safe custody mode. for this airtel has taken Rs.800 as advance from me. Now they have generated false bill for my connection for this two months and now they have disconnected my services. However i Complained 20 times on customer care unit but they have done false commitment. You may please do needful
