Sir,

I would like to inform you that on 12/08/10 I had purchase one pair of sandal (POWER- Art No-861-9224)costing me Rs. 699/- from the day I have purchased I am having complaints.

First instance was the Velcro arm used for fastening was torn out. That time the shop manager was repaired it saying that it is minor work.

But now the upper part over which our foot rests has come out and disconnected from the sole.

Now I am worried that shortly the guarantee period is getting over, due to your company’s delay. I will be sufferer.

Now I am fed up with this item you plz. allow me to select different item or arrange for replacement. Please do the needful at the earliest.
