Not working in Aqua Sure

Name of company/service: Aqua Sure from Aquaguard

We purchase aqua sure for our office from Royal Departmental Store Tripuri Patiala vide invoice no 158 dt. 29.04.10. The aqua Sure is not working since last month. We complaint to the above dealer but complaint has not been attended till date so you are requested to get out complaint attended. Thanks
