service barred without bill generated

This is to bring into your notice that, this month i got my BBM services (399 – unlimited) activated.Now after usage of few days, it is showing my unbilled amount as 7751 and it is showing that i am suppose to pay this amount.

Today After receiving this message , i talked to your customer care (116 at 17.49 today(09/07/13)).They assured me that my services are not going to barred as my original outstanding bill is one thousand some thing.Please get the record of call and verify if am saying any thing wrong.

Now after few hours ,i am getting authorization failure. Now i talked to your customer care (116-at 7.18), they are saying you are suppose to pay Rs 7751 today tostart your services and you will get them adjusted in your next bill.The amount 7751 is approximately will be recovered ina year, if they start adjusting from the next bill.
