Name of company/service: Bajaj

I purchased a cooler Bajaj Coolest Tc 2008 form Big Bazaar Ghaziabad last month. As it passes 12 days its electric motor gets malfunction and cooler stop working.. I fill the complaint thrice in bajaj call center(1800222252). And they give me a complaint no 2797964 and said it will be check and repair in two working days. Since now 25 days has went but there is no action have taken by Bajaj service centers as i have remember them thousands of time but they have only one line it will be done in two working days. It has like third degree for me as i have spent Rs. 6000 and still i have to face so hot and summer in this summer. I have lost hope that this company will repair my cooler. Kindly please take some legal action against this company.

    Bajaj electric and home appliances are not up to the mark, the services provide by the bajaj service center is worst.. I advice people who are planning to buy bajaj products take some other alternative.
