From 1.07.13 till date i am unable to get 3G speed while browsing, i have repeatedly calling airtel customer care for resolving this issue, but the response to my problem form their end is pathetic. Each time different person i should go on explaining each one the issue then they will take 24 to 48 hours time for resolving this issue but it has not happened in my case, till now i have wasted 3 hours in phone for making them to understand. finally they go on telling the complain taken is not for 3G speed but for to check usage of 3G data which is not acceptable because form day one i am complaining for the same. treating post paid and prepaid customers in entirely different way, prepaid customers pay in advance to the services we need still response is careless, its been 10 days still the issue exists and from there attitude towards the problem is like they are not even bothered to fix this. though its just Rs.250/- one can never tell how many thousands or more they have done the same thing.
