My Symphony cooler Diet 50 swing isn’t working. I logged a complaint and received a complaint number: BL-VK-30F14009 on Jun 30th, 2014. It is 8th July 2014 and till date no one have called or emailed my regarding the status of this request. I tried calling to the service number provided but I there is no person to take calls. Calling the service number leads to an automated voice response system which informs that my service request is under resolution.

After some search I found that this is one of those companies which does not have any service model established whatsoever. Thus people who have bought the product either should take care of the repairing on their own or just throw the product out of the window.

My humble request to all, please do not buy products from this phoney company.

    It is now 16th July and there is no support. I will take you guys to the consumer court for sure. Just wait for it.

    All the symphony cooler users, please reach out to me. Lets file a consumer case against this fraud company. Let’s take them out of business.
