I have admit on Ruby hospital in vikhroly East on 13 may 2014. I have applied for cashless treatment as I have health insurance with ICICI. As per hospital ruals I have deposit five thousand . My cash less treatment is approved by ICICI LOMBARD & hospital got the money. But now hospital is not refund my deposit. Its already 50 days over I have went to hospital 4 time each & every time they have given excuse that visit after 1 month now I have visit but they are giving another story. Telling that your all amount is not approved by insurance company so we cannot refund the money. I have admit 5 days & they have make bill 30 thousand. My insurance company has approved 25000 .Ruby hospital has charged per day room charge 1500 & doctor visiting charges 1000.
Insurance company has approved 1000 room charges & 500 doctor visits.
I don’t know the rules of insurance company & hospital. I have paid deposit & which I want refund.
So kindly help me to get my deposit.
