SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE CHANGED MY MOTHER BOARD OF MOBILE AND ATTACHED DAMAGED MOTHER BOARD

Dear Team,

This is Ankit Kedia from Kolkata West Bengal, currently residing in Bhubaneswar. I had a very bad experience in one of the Samsung Service Centre in Kolkata, named System and Services, wherein I submitted my Samsung Grand mobile for issues relating to quick discharge and battery issues. In turn the service centre has changed main board of my mobile and while taking delivery of mobile, they said that your main board is damaged and for replacement of main board, it will cost 5000 rupees.
With this wrong act of service centre, I am being harrassed alot which was totally unexpected from such big brand of electronics. Currently I am holding 2 IMEI nos, 1 which I received in original handset and the other of damaged main board which service centre has currently attached in my phone. I want to claim for this bad doing by service centre. With this wrong acts of service centre, many other consumers must also be suffering.
I have registered this complain in register complain box in Samsung India Website, got call also from one of the executives but none could solve my problem instead they were blaming me only.

I am holding 2 IMEI nos which can be very risky. Also samsung executives confirmed that once IMEI no is alloted to a handset, it cannot be changed even if mother board is replaced, old IMEI no only will be installed. So how come I am having new IMEI no in my mobile just after providing it for servicing.
