hi,
I am vishank sharma using reliance connection for more then 4 years but after shifting to kolkata city i have been facing network issues since 3 years. i have complained uncountable times over phone and even in writting to reliance communication but no action was taken every time and was told always that work is being carried out to solve out the problem. even after visting to reliance building and complaining about the same they said a technician will visit my place and check but no technician was send to my place.
So, i request you to please look into the matter and do possible things to solve so as because of such network issues no telephonic conversations are done properly due to which i had to face many problems and i don’t want to face any problem in future.
