We bought one sms promotional package from M/S Ionic Soft Labs on 19.8.2013 and paid them Rs-25281/ by invoice/bill no-504,upfront which they never delivered, after that we trying to contact they do not attend our calls not responding our mail after huge followups more then 100 times we yet to get our refund they are not refunding our money. Some times if we get connect they Trying to linger on and deffer ed responsibilities to the other personnel in the company. Please be aware IONIC SOFT LABS PITAM PURA DELHI is a fraud company.
