Billing issues and incorrect info

Hello Team,

I have a lot to write about vodafone India, this company has troubled me till the core.
Incorrect billing, un-helpful customer care.

i have sent emails to vodafone and they did call me up, still there is no fix when asked for relevant proofs that they have which they use as a customer requirement like;- customer notes, call recordings which can prove that the customer had requested for something that claim.
