my cell number is 7500254223 and daily Rs 10/; is being charged on account of night radio play for which i have not subscribed it. i am giving SMS for deactivatin but the amount is being deducted. no consumer care executive is available. Its no question of Rs 10/- but thousands of people are beiung cheated plz help
