Sir,
I bought a Su-kam UPS(office manager) from Delhi invoice no. M-RI/37470 on 02/08/2012 & it has 2 year warrenty. It worked properly only for a day. On next day, when I complained, they sent an engineer but he was unable to solve the problem & promised to come again but he had not come till today. If i make calls to customer care no. they don’t receive my call. I’m facing a lot of problems due to this, so please help me at the earliest.
