On 29th March 2015 I purchased mother dairy chillz from a store nearby. When I opened it up and bit into it a long string of rope came along with the bite, and not only that it was rolled all around the ice cream, and there were separate threads coming out of the ice cream. This is not what a person expects out of an ice cream. I have pictures of it as proof. Pictures are enough to disgust someone enough to not purchase their products.
I hope you take some speedy action on this unhygienic act of theirs, and if pictures are needed I have them.
