i buyed a yu yureka mobile phone on 5th february from amazon, and i am get that mobile phone on 10 february.
after 1 day facing a flash problem i called yu calling support they gave me some solution, but problem wasn’t solved.Then they said they will replace my mobile but in my place they can’t give me service, so they gave me a address (B82 mayapuri industrial area phase 1, new delhi 110064) and i sent the mobile to these address they received it on 24th feb, after they are sending…… i called them nearly about 30 times,but now 1month has crossed and had not received my mobile. when i called them they said my request was proceesing.
