I decently placed an order on Paytm online shopping with order number 788064419 on march 8,2015. I paid 1775 cash through debit card. Due to some reason I request for order cancelation. The Paytm team accept my cancel request and said “just reject the delivery. Then you get your refund”. I didwhat they said. But till this date I didn’t get my refund . there is no response frompaytm. I lost my money. What can I do . so please take a suitable action against Paytm and help to refund me.
