HI,I AM SANDHYA PANDEY.MY COMPLAINT IS AGAINST A COMPANY WHICH DEALS IN STUDENT ASSIGNMENT AND PROJECTS ,I HAVE CALLED THEM REGARDING MY ASSIGNMENT AS I AM MBA 3RD YEAR STUDENT SO THEY TOLD ME TO MADE PAYMENT ONLINE. I DID PAYMENT THROUGH MOBILE BANKING ON 1ST OF MARCH FOR ME AND MY FRIEND AND THEY HAVE CHARGED RS 1200 FOR BOTH OF US ASSIGNMENT .BUT WHILE DOING ONLINE PAYMENT MY ONE TRANSFER SHOWED FAILED AND I DID PAYMENT AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS SUNDAY SO I GOT MASSAGE ON MONDAY THAT WAS 2ND OF MARCH THAT 1800 RS WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT,I WENT TO BANK THEY TOLD ME THAT TRANSACTION HAS BEEN DONE SUCCESSFULLY .SO I CALLED TO ONE POINT SOLUTION AND TOLD THEM ABOUT MY TRANSFER BUT THE ACCOUNT HOLDER MR. PRASANTA DAS WAS REFUSING THAT IS GOT ONLY 2 TRANSFER .I HAVE ALL THE RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS WHICH I HAD BEEN DONE
KINDLY TAE ACTION AGAINTS THEM HELP TO GET MY 600 RS BACK.
