   I had an idea Postpaid mobile no. 7532089310, in my name and used by me my office no,
   Last 50 day’s i requested to deactivate the same.
   Last week i received a call from idea Office (Noida, Sec-64) for pay my unbild Rs. 2182.90
   Idea executive Mr. Deepak talk with me and say me, my bill an recovery case, If you not pay
   your bill he use my all call log’s No,
   I remind this authority don’t have any telecom company use costumer privacy,
   And after one day my all call log’s use by Idea executive Mr. Deepak
   Mr. Deepak call my father, brother ,sister,brothers’s wife and my office relative person,
   And most call my sis,and brothers’s wife,He use abuse langvase and say about pay for bill otherwise he deactivate my brothers’s wife and sis Mobile no,
   after this movement am call Mr. Deepak for ask why use my call log’s
   i Can’t explain what talk about for my privacy, i have full recording,
   after that as discourse Mr. Deepak say me that you pay Rs. 1000 and my No Security
   amount 250, Total amount 1250, your no full terminate and he will send me NOC mail same day
   I agree for this settlement and I pay Rs. 1000, from idea store
   pay receipt no 100602598356, Date 22.09.2015, after pay amount we don’t have any mail
   and Mr. Deepak can’t take call, any other person take call and say Mr. Deepak not Come,
   We are very depress, please suggest for me solution,My email Id Is [email protected]
