My idea prepaid no is7860995795.I did recharge of 2GB 3G data of rs 270 on date 24 sep2015.my net pack get finished in just 3 days without using net service.My balance of rs 80 also deducted after it…i am so angered from this type of service.When i call on idea service number198..no one is ready to help.customer service is their duty they deduct all my balance.. and very careless services idea provided .I think IDEA provide this kind of service towards Thier all cunsumer they like to deduct balance..my total 350 rs are deducted.I have receiving of messages.
