Dear Team,
My name is sudipta kar and i am using sony products since 10 years before i am using products from a
long time back.
On 13-nov-2014 i have booked a sony shake 66d product without seeing or hearing the performance from
your sony centre (sarang plastics
pvt.ltd) 188c ,rashbehari avenue kolkata 29. the product was delivered at my home on next day @ 5pm.
and the product was installed at my
home as the time was evening i dont have given much volume to hear the performance of the product on
15th of november i played the music and found that
product sound quality is not upto the mark as i was expecting and as 16 th was sunday and the store was
closed so today on 17th i have called the store person and said
him that the sound is not up to the mark please replace the model and give me mu-te-ki on exchange of
the product but the store pepole totally refused my problem they said cant do this
they dont have any exchange policy. I am a loyal customer of sony and i also have purchased lots of
product from reliance digital if i want to replace it with in 7 days they can change it
as in every store except mobile if a customer is not satisfied with the product performance they can
replace it with another one within 7 days.
i have totally waste my money please take a action that they can replace my product with a another one.
Requset you please take my matter on serious basis .
