Its been hell noticing that inalsa company workers threatens their customers like us

Feeling really angry and said to tell you that even after registering complaints to you, I am getting threatening calls again and again from INALSA company.

Yes its true, after facing a lot of trouble from their product, now I am facing a trouble from their company as well as its staff members (workers). I am facing a trouble from their threatening calls also.

Is this generally a way to deal with the customers for this kind of irresponsible as well as more than a worst company. I think this is the only way they can do so………..

On Friday, I got call from one of the worker of INALSA company saying that now they wish to change the motor of our product which seems to have stopped working according to them.

But i totally refused for the same as this was not the first time they have given us this excuse, in nine months this is nearly a fourth time we are facing this problem with the respective product.

I told him and requested him either to replace the product or to refund the amount which we gave for the respective product.

I also told him that, this is nearly a fourth time we are facing the problem to this product and also the third time the motor have stopped working.

So, in this way, it seems to be like this is a second hand product as well the defective product to which no motor can take load to it.

In this way. i requested him to do the same as i wanted .

But i got shocked listening to the irresponsible behaviour to one of the worker of the company. He strictly told that neither the product will be replaced nor the amount would be refunded to you. Do the same thing we are offering you.

His words were ” Jitna Mil rha Hai Usi Me Khush Rho Kahi Aisa Na Ho K Aage Jakar Tumhe Na toh Cheez Mile Aur Na Hii Tumhara Paisa Vapas Mile,Islie Jo Mil Rha Hai Le lo Varna Aage Jo Karna Ho Kar Lena Par Aage Hmare Pass aaye Toh Refund aur replacement toh kya Motor Bhi nhi badli Jaegi. fir Dekhte Hain Kaun Tumhe Hamse Yeh Sab Dilvata Hai “.

I got so surprised to listen to the same and also told him the very same time that we have already filed a complaint to this consumer forum about the same and the time he listened to me, he said that “Isilie toh hum tumse baat kar rhe hain varna hum tumhe poochte bhi nhi”.

I also told him that this is nearly fourth time in last nine months since i have bought this product i am facing this kind of problem to their product and again requested him to do something with regard to the same But he totally refused.

i got fed up of the behaviour of the person to which i said to them that i am not interested in dealing with you anymore and also not interested to change the product as we have been provided a defective piece to which want to change. but he totally refused angrilly and disconnected the call.

Again on monday ie. today i received a call where a person was telling me to give all the complaint numbers i have regarding the respective complaints made to the company in these nine months since i have bought the respective product. I told him and requested him that i am on my work right now, so if possible he can take the numbers by the evening. After listening to this, He replied ” hum kya baar baar tumhe phone karte rahenge, Abhi Dena hai toh de do varna dekhenge k kaun sa consumer forum tumhe hamse kya dilata hai, islie kehta hoon motor badlva lo kahi aisa na ho ka aage tumhe na toh piece mile aur na hi refund varna bhool jao k tumne koi piece lia tha aur aage bado”. The very same time he disconnected the call.

Kindly tell me is this really a behaviour to deal with the customers, he was treating me like i was slave to him and he can do anything to me.

this is a behaviour which i never had in my life, it is totally a fraud played to me.

This is the company which can do so. Even after selling us a second hand as well as a defective product now they want us to do the thing which they want from us.

they treat their customers like their slaves for their own good.

They dont think to deal with the customer as their responsibility but totally misuse the same and take it as their authority and their customers as their paid slaves.

I am totally fed up of this company and now i totally want to get my refund back so that I can just send these people out of my life who always tolerate us by some or the other way. Neither their product is good nor their services and workers are…………..

So, you are requested to kindly take the strict action against this careless, irresponsible as well as more than a worst company in order to avoid any kind of further complaint made to you by any other customer like me.

They have made a fool of me by selling a second hand product in the name of first hand product through Star CJ Alive and played a big game with me and also doing the same since nine months when i bought this product.

so, you are requested to please help us getting our money back ie the refund back so that i can leave all these tensions as i cannot tolerate this kind of tension anymore.

please do something asap so that i can live my life very calmly as if i had before i bought this product.

Kindly take any action and impose huge costs on them and provide us the compensation for all the troubles i have suffered only because of this company so that afterwards they cannot fool anyone like me like this.
