Delivery issues , delivery pending for nearing a month , no concern from the retailers

Hi ,
I have ordered an item from miracas.com on 21/10/2014 through prepaid payment system for an amount of Rs 2190. After payment , i havent heard any information regarding shipping from the respective online site. Iam in serious doubt if they are running a fraudulent site and harassing many such customers like me. Its now nearing a month. Please help to look into the issue .
