I was using reliance postpaid netconnect by this June. I want to convert this connection to prepaid so I did all formalities at Neel Telecom (Viman Nagar,Pune) I have paid rs.1348 as my outstanding balance including 5 days. I explicitly asked the representative of the store(Shalu) that is there any formality/ action that I need to take care, she refused and told me that within 5 days my request will be completed(I have paid these 5 days as well in prior).
I am a software professional in a big MNC and work under process so I would like to follow the process but those people violating the process and try to make me fool.
After a week when i tried to access my connection ,I was not able to so I asked on customer care then i came to know that my connection is still postpaid. I directly went to viman nagar reliance store and then she told me that you have to call on some number to confirm this (which actually she needs to tell me at very first day when i raised the request). Afterwards called and the person other side told me that within 2 hour you connection will be converted. But I was getting postpaid connection bill even after that and now they are sending me e-notice to pay rs. 1589 as outstanding bill again.
I went yesterday to store to talk to them but they directly refused that it can’t be happened and you have to pay and they are not listening that there employee dint give me proper information and don’t know the process as well.
I do have the receipt also for the amount rs.1348 what I paid at the time of request raise.
They just want to make money by these types of shits. Please take action on this because I am not going to pay single money on this.
At the time of my request one guy was there but store people refused that no guy sits except 3 people.
Please take proper action on this because they are making money without following proper process.
