I am logding this complaint again as I hav’nt got any solution of my problem. I am using a reliance postpaid connection(mob no.-9555935560) from 3 years and paying its bill at time. One month I was unable to pay at time and they charged rs 1oo/- when I asked to adjust they told me that they have adjusted but they did’nt it. After some time they barred all my outgoing calls. I again called customer care told me that she has adjusted it. When I was out of station they completely stopped my service even I was not able to ask to customer care about the problem. Because of Rs-100 they stopped my service inspite of I have credit limit of Rs1000. I faced big problem when I was in a strange city because I have this no. with me. When I am calling to customer care they are saying that First pay then only we will provide you service again. When I am saying to port this no they are not ready to tell anything in this concern. I also wrote to their higher authority but nothing happened. Kindly look into the matter and make justice with me.
