I have purchased one Micromax funbook via homeshop18. However the product was defective. So I returned it on July. Homeshop18 sent me the refund check with incorrect name on 4th of Aug’14. I returned the check along with my ID proofs as suggested by the representative. The check was sent to the address as mentioned in the message sent by them to their Delhi address. As per the speedpost tracking number the check is delivered on 5th Aug’14. But its been more than 20days now,everyday I m calling Homeshop18 and every representative is giving different answers. They are nor refunding the check for Rs 6499. Please help me in this matter.
