Hi,
My name is Vinay and I am a Vodafone customer.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 75 – for downloading “vuclipindia_pack75” for the billing cycle of August.
They have also charged me Rs 49 – for downloading “wapvilla_ppd”.
This is fake/fraud as I have not downloaded the same. I checked the consumer forum and see that several of Vodafone customers have the same complaint. Please assist and help me waive off Rs.124 which has been charged for download.
