Complaint against JOBS DHAMAKA regarding Job Offer.

On 26.06.2014, I got a call from Mr.Harpreet and Mr.Sumeet from JOBSDHAMAKA regarding job openings in the desired location and sector of my choice.
To avail any services, you need to come online and register yourself at our site ( www.jobsdhamaka.com) and he told me to pay Rs.1438/- as nominal charges they levy to customer for their services. I said fine and was ready to pay. I asked him specifically if that is onetime payment and I don’t have to pay any more. He said “YES”. He told me that I need to open their website to load my CV and complete the first step of the registration. He didn’t end here and I get a call from another executive Mr.Sumeet and surprisingly he told me to open one more link to pay Rs.6800/- as service charges to the company (I would like to reiterate that he never spoke about these charges and the price details when they called for the first time). I being so foolish paid him that money as well through my Debit Card ( ICICI).
He didn’t stop there, he again told me to pay Rs.11,110/- and Rs.8026.36/- towards PRM ( Personal Relationship Manager) Mr.RK Sharma who will get in touch with you in Hyderabad for further assistance and complete guidance. The total amount sum it up to Rs.27374/-. They did assure me that they will process my CV to FMCG and Telecom jobs as I desired to work in these sectors. Till date I didn’t get one single job relevant to what they have promised and I kept writing emails asking to refund the money as I didn’t find them truthful and principled in providing services. In the end of my letter, please find payment confirmation mails from the merchant confirming successful transaction details and bank statement payments made to Jobs Dhamaka.
After I finished my payment, he said that their representative will call me soon for interview call, but till date I haven’t got a single call either for the interview or Mr.RK Sharma so call PRM from the Jobs Dhamaka. I have forwarded them the scanned copies of my mark sheets, employment papers and it is been one month that they have not responded to any of the email I have sent and answered the phone calls I made from my registered mobile number ( 90100-13777). They have said that verifications of docs itself will take around 4 to 5 weeks. Today i.e., on 28.07.2014 I tried to reach their office numbers – 11204856200/11204765250 to speak to the concern and find out the status of my employment, the number remains very busy or they hang up the call or make you listen to the music played in the telephone instrument. I have been embittered and left with no option but to reach out to the police to inform them that this consultancy (Jobsdhamaka) is Fraud, Bogus, and Cheaters who have spoiled the innocent candidate’s careers and shed their dreams in gutter. It seems Jobsdhamaka is milking money and fooling the innocent job aspirants of our country, they trap the candidates with lots of promises and milking candidate pockets.
I urge you to take immediate action and help me refund the money that I have paid to the consultancy.

You are one hope since I know you personally and I am sure the police will take action at the earliest and stop such unethical trading done at the cost of many innocent candidates who have lost their money.
