Hi,
I am Venu D, residing at #21, 1st Main, 2nd Cross, Viveknagar Post, Ejipura, Bangalore – 560 047, took a Reliance Netconnect + Data Card (USB Modem) Account Number – 500002638064 and MDN number – 7483357218. (Nithin) the person who sold the data card told me that after 3 months the postpaid connection will be changed to a prepaid what I precisely wanted initially but it did not.
Later anyhow I was using the same.
The speed they promised is 3.1 Mbps until 5GB (which never crossed 256 Kbps) and 144 Kbps Unlimited (which never crossed 21 Kbps)
After using for few months, on May 27, 2012 and May 28, 2012 I mailed the Reliance billing to Block my Internet Connection until my further notice, I was not fetched with any kind of response for the two mails from them rather they started generating my monthly bills.
I paid until August for their irresponsible act.
Again I mailed them on the following dates to block my internet connection and hereafter I shall not be responsible for any bill if generated.

But yet the Reliance billing section did not stop generating the bills from August and September to an outstanding amount of Rs 1758 and Rs.1858 with fine. And started calling ‘N’ number of times asking me to pay the bills, which was very disturbing and aggravating.
Each time I used to tell them that I have sent mails to block my internet connection, but no productive action was taken.
They would hear it and again call back
Now the Reliance has sent me a Lawyer Notice 2607/2458 on January 17, 2013 to pay the bills or civil and criminal proceedings shall be initiated against me before the competent court of law at my own risk and cost from the mailing address [email protected]
For which I did not receive any Hard Copy to my residence address.
After checking the mail I immediately replied them back from my mailing address [email protected] to [email protected] the following
“To
Reliance/Nagaraj.M.Shetty
I had sent not One(1) but Three(3) E-Mails to Reliance to block my internet Connection until my further notice.
But NO Action was taken in consideration of my request valuing a Customer
Now the bills which you state as default were generated after I mailed.
I am attaching the print out copies of my sent mail to Reliance, check them thoroughly and understand that it is your fault and not mine.

And further attached the print out (screen shots) copies of my sent mails in a word document file named ‘To Reliance_Nagaraj m Shetty_Miss Ranjini.docx”
But even for this mail, none bothered to respond back with neither a return E-Mail nor a phone call.
After few days in February a person from the mobile number ‘9986 000 385’ called me that a PIL numbered ‘251164’ has been issued against me and that to be present in Mayo hall New Building, Bangalore on February 27,2013 terming me as a default which was because of their irresponsible action.
[Just to prove that I am a responsible citizen who abides by all rules, earlier in a month of April 2012 the reliance billing was not generated to me and I in return mailed them on April 26, 2012 the following
“Hi,
Every month I will be getting my Internet Bill on 25th, but this month I still have not been received my monthly E-Bill
Kindly do send my E-Bill
Venu.”]
Now, I am gone and going through this harassment of constant mental worry and high stress.
Hence,
I kindly request you to assist with your valuable guidance for this situation of mine. And also to avoid this legal proceeding and attend to court.
