Name of company/service: Reliance (internet service)

i ma using reliance sim and data card of reliance last month i have recharge with 350/- but still getting end of month 125kb max speed alway show 20kb my.please take strong action aginst reliance compny.event the took my all internal balance.not even i make any call from my mob.8251989369
