I had applied for a New Wifi Broadband Connection to Tata Docomo on 27th Jan 2013. I was promised that Services will resume within 3 days of Initial payment of Rs 1145. After several days of follow up, Company finally provided me with Fixed LAB Cable Connection (I don’t want a Fixed Connection) on 7th Feb 2013 saying that Wireless Modem are out of stock. After further follow ups, finally they came with a Wireless Modem on 16th Feb which was faulty. When I asked for refund of entire money, the service person says that I will need to register a complaint in Tata’s Office and follow up for a refund. Moreover, person used abusive language during heated arguments. I dont have time on weekdays to run around for my money. The Company has already started my Billing Cycle and I have got the first prorata bill of Rs. 109 without starting to use the facility.
