I’ve placed an order of a personal trimmer from timtara.com with the following details

Order Status: Awaiting Shipment
Order Date: 30-05-2012 @ 2:48 PM
Order Recipient: Utsav Jain
Order Total: Rs. 1,099 INR
When I didn’t received my order till October 2012, i called them and ask to refund my money. What they did is..
1. They told me that the money will be refund automatically to my account within 10-15 days.
2 When i haven’t got my refund they told me to that i will receive the DD(Demand Draft) of the desired amount to the given address within 1 month, as they are having technical difficulties transferring money to my account.
I also tried to call them on the given Customer Care numbers which are
0135-6670700,0135-3051500. They are attending any calls.
And i haven’t received any sort of payment, nor my order, neither any type of DD they mentionad. Please do take action against them.
