Dear Sir/Mam
I had activated the scheme of Rs 250 of unlimited internet scheme for a month on 14th May and on 16th may they gave me free 1.5 GB data(not activated by me or taking my concern).

After few days when i contact c-care to make sure that my Rs 250 scheme will be automatically activated or not and they replied me postively as what i thinked so i am using my data pack continuosly but as soon as that free pack finished the amount of Rs 60 deducted from my balance.

I registered complain and also send them emails but neither they are refunding my balance nor my Rs 250 unlimited scheme.

According to me they cheat me because they don’t want me to use more MB in unlimited scheme ,they give me free 1.5 GB and deactivated my that plan.

Waiting for solution as soon possible
