Regarding wrong billing and Harrashment

Name of company/service: Airtel

SIR, I HAVE BEEN FACING A PROBLEM IN MY BILLING. MY APRIL BILL WAS Rs. 900 IN WHICH WRONG AMOUNT OF Rs 588 IS ADDED, STATING THAT YOUR FOREIGN CALL WAS CHARGED @Rs 6.40 PER MINUTE BUT I HAVE TAKEN A ISD PACK OF Rs33 IN WHICH MY CALL RATE WAS REDUCED TO Rs 1.99 AND IT WAS CONFIRMED BY ME ON 26TH APRIL BEFORE MAKING MY CALL BUT STILL I DIDN,T GET THE BENIFIT. I WAS HARRASHED BY THE COMPANY MANY TIMES BEFORE ALSO. KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION. THANKING YOU
