I bought 1.5 ton HITACHI SPLIT AC 2 years back. The AC stopped cooling as the gas was leaked. During the service I came to know about it.
On April 28’13 I requested for gas refill. Obviously I agreed to pay the charges. I was told that request will be addressed within 8 hours.
My complaint number is 13043002805. Since then I have made at least 6 follow-up calls. Submitted online request form as well & have also escalated the issue by dropping an email on their escalation department but all in vain.
It is 2 weeks since my original complaint but still issue is not resolved. My family including very young child is suffering in this peak heat due to poor service of Hitachi. I have lost all the hopes of getting this issue resolved during this summer now.
I expect an strict action against HITACHI.
