Respected Sir,
I Vipul Upadhayay has port my SIM from idea to DOCOMO, at 10/10/13, my SIM has been port, but my address proof is filled wrong by DOCOMO distributor of Khandwa (m.p.), so their was negative verification takes place, I informed the head quarter of DOCOMO as well as the retailers, distributors and costumer care, but their is no response from them. please do the needfull.
