I had registered a complaint with complaint No. 999985660998299, for my food processor Model No.HR7754/01.through their their customer care on December 06, 2012.As a result of which their executive visited at my place just to examine the problem and went back again after sometime waiting for their response I called their customer care to which some Mr. Vikas/Vishal answered to my call and promised for a certain action within 48 hours of my complaint in either repairing my food processor or if not possible since its now manufactured by the company then their engineer might suggest me some exchange of my Food Processor with a new one with whatever additional charges being levied as per the market price of this product. But still no action was taken , and till now I’ve been waiting for any action from their end despite of e-mailing them my complaint on 28/12/12.
