Location/place: sopore

Name of company/service: tata photon plus

there is no photon plus services in kashmir, so i wanted to disconnect my services for the time being, but how many times ever i ring up the customer care no, it is either not available or the computerized voice keep repeating about some ebill and does not proceed further. in the meanwhile tata people are charging me daily even if im not using there services.
