RE-Installation of Dish TV

Location/place: VISHAKHAPATNAM

Name of company/service: RELIANCE BIG TV

I was (vinay kumar pandey Smart card no. 200940614867)shifted my room one place to another place with in the city (with in 1 km), so i complained in customer care for re installation on 13-02-2013 for this complain they are not taking any action on this and they closed my complain on 19-02-2013 without any services.
again I resisted the complain on 19-02-2013 but till date my dis tv connection not done.
