On 2011 , I bought a Microtek ups 850va 10EGBNS24475 or model no is UPSEB850.
Unfortunately, your product has not performed well or the service was inadequate) because Service agent daily told I am coming today but single no any service agent call me & solve my problem. I am very disappointed because. The Microtek service center’s head Mr sashank telling lie & don’t resolv e the problem.
