Regarding no action on complaint even after due 45 days period

Dear Team,

I lodged a complaint on 25th June regarding online transactions done on 30/31May 2012 on which although amount were deducted from my account but not paid to its destination.

Details of complaints with complaint no & amount as follows –

57998534 – 10000 Rs
57998519 – 10000 Rs
57998544 – 10000 Rs
57952845 – 333 Rs

Out of which two complaints of 10000 Rs & 333 Rs has been solved but rest two complaints of worth 15000 rs are unsolved yet even after 45 days are far over.

Kindly let me know from PNB-

How soon the rest of two complaints are going to be solved?
Why this delay took place?
