Today on 8 sept 2012 around 10.30 my balance was deducted for video talkies. While i was using facebook a msg came from the company that rs20 has been deducted for the subscription of video talkies though i hv not subscribe for video talkies. It got automatically subscribed in my mobile no. 08014719038. When i talk with the customer care they said that you have activated that service from internet, thought i hv not activated the service. when i asked for the refund they told that they cannot help me regarding this. How come the service got automatically activate and the company is not responsible for it. I must get the money back thats all what i want.
