I had ordered a Strontium 8GB Pen Drive by Sub Order ID.4489977 from www.tradus.com by paying online through internet banking on 25-08-2012. When said product was not delivered to me until 10 days, I approached courier company with provided Tracking No. and I came to know that the parcel had been lost by courier boy during delivery.
I informed tradus about the matter and requested them to coordinate with courier company to short-out the matter and meanwhile requested them to re-dispatch the item or refund the amount.
It is almost 13 days of my complain to Tradus but I have not received any response from them, only auto response email is received from them.
I want to alert all online buyers for not to purchase anything from www.tradus.com because they are not taking before & after sales service, even they have no any phone number to speak with them.
Once again I request all online buyers to take some short survey of whichever website you are buying from.
I request to “consumerforums.in” to take up the matter with tradus on behalf of me to short-out the matter.
