SIR, i am a student. you know what is the condition of student.
my point is that, reliance company is deduct my accuont balance. while i did not activate any type of service. they themself activate service and cut the balance. the bad thing is that the customer care service is very poor. when we call the customer care, and press the button to talk with the customer care. they simply say, “reliance customer care care me call karne ke liye dhanyawaad” and cut the call. what can i doo for this problem. they are deducting balance near about every 4 to 5 days worth rs 10 or 5. plz do something.
i mean how any company do this with his customer. this is rediculous…..

I think Reliance is the most notorious company for inordinate deductions from the prepaid mobile service. My No is 9595398546. I am no longer recharging it as I am fed up with their unsolicited SMS and deducting amount from the balance for the services neither asked for or requested. They promise to refund but do not. My DND request was not paid any heed to. Ultimately I thought it better to say good bye to such useless service of the fraudulent business.
