No internet even after 2 times recharged for 3 G data

I have recharged 260 and again 53 rupees for 3G data to access internet in my Airtel Sim. After repeated complain and e-mail to nodal officer nobody is responding. Even, i have forwarded my concern to zonal appellate authority but n o response. Every time i am getting a response that Airtel will contact you within 2 hrs and your reference no. is PR122200183.
